Terms of Service & Software License

These terms govern your use of Seed Review, a software product owned by Golden Productions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before purchasing, installing, or using the software. If you use Seed Review for an organization, you must be authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.
1. License packages
Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use Seed Review for personal or internal commercial work, including work on client projects.
- 5-License Package — $49 USD: up to 5 activated Macs.
- 10-License Package — $89 USD: up to 10 activated Macs.
Both packages include the same Seed Review features. A package may be delivered as a single key with an activation limit rather than separate keys. Licenses are for you or your organization’s authorized users, not for resale or public distribution. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are shown before payment. The purchase offer and checkout must state the license term and whether any charge recurs; those disclosed purchase terms form part of your order.
2. Activation and delivery
Internet access is required for purchase and activation. License validation may also require an online connection. You must keep license keys secure and stay within the purchased activation limit. Contact us if you need to release an activation or replace a device. Digital delivery instructions and license information are provided using the contact details supplied at purchase. The checkout provider’s applicable buyer terms also govern its payment services.
3. Permitted use and restrictions
You may review media you own or are authorized to access. You must not redistribute the software or license keys, bypass activation limits, remove proprietary notices, or use Seed Review unlawfully. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights that cannot legally be restricted. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses.
4. Your content and storage
You retain ownership of your media and review content. You are responsible for permission to use that content, storage access, network permissions, and backups. Seed Review is a review tool, not a backup service. Metadata, shared-storage behavior, and playback can be affected by permissions, file operations, codecs, operating-system changes, and other software. Maintain appropriate backups of your media and review data.
5. Compatibility, updates, and support
Seed Review is for macOS. Confirm the published system requirements and your intended formats before purchasing; not every codec or network configuration is guaranteed. Some media may require compatible playback preparation. We may provide fixes or updates, but the purchase does not promise every future major version, indefinite support, or compatibility with all future operating systems unless the purchase offer expressly says so.

6. Payments and refund requests
Before paying, review the price and purchase conditions shown at checkout. Contact us or the checkout provider about duplicate charges, delivery failures, or software problems. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, the applicable purchase terms, and the checkout provider’s processes. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory refund, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or other consumer rights provided by law.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website, purchase, licensing, and support information. Local video review and online licensing are separate activities.
8. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. These exclusions do not apply to rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Golden Productions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the software. Our total liability relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the affected license package. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a license for material breach, fraudulent purchase, or unauthorized distribution, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. A refunded or reversed purchase may result in license deactivation. When your license ends, you must stop using the software. Termination does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future purchases or product changes and will provide notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already purchased without a lawful basis or your agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
