Playback and review questions

For playback issues, include the video format or codec if you know it. For notes, drawings, or review statuses, describe the steps that led to the issue.

Purchases and activations

For purchase, activation, device replacement, or refund questions, include your order reference and purchase email address, if available. Do not send passwords, full license keys, or payment card details.

You do not need to send your video to make a support request. Please avoid sending confidential client footage or comments.
